2. Payment Cardholder Data Protection

All credit/debit cards' details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties.

daneg.ae will not pass any debit/credit card details to third parties.

Payment processing is conducted directly by certified, PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateways through secure tokenized connections. We do not store sensitive card data (such as full card numbers or CVV codes) on our servers.

daneg.ae takes appropriate steps to ensure data privacy and security including through various hardware and software methodologies. However, daneg.ae cannot guarantee the security of any information that is disclosed online.

• Account & Profile Information: Name, email address, telephone number, delivery addresses, profile photo, and login credentials.
• Transaction & Order Records: Item details, delivery tracking references, timestamps, order amounts, and payment status (card identifiers are stored as encrypted gateway tokens only).
• Communications: In-app chat messages, customer support inquiries, dispute evidence, and product reviews.
